Description:
 Ride #1 Hilly Training Ride. The hills covered will be Mott Farms, Pinarello, and Gate Hill. The rest stop will be at Cove Deli in Stony Point before the climbs begin. Will stop again as needed. We will wait at the top of hills. Entrance fee at State Park please bring cash for admittance. $10.00 dollars as of 4/1/2024.

COVID-19: 
To minimize the spread of the virus we ask that all register from the website to avoid a paper sign in sheet at the start of the ride.  

REQUIREMENTS:
All riders must register for the ride. Let's roll out on time by registering before you arrive. This helps to quicken the check in process.

Registration is required
Please be sure to wear your club kit, bring your helmet, a spare inner tube, CO2 cartridge, bike pump, cell phone and a pleasant attitude.

Front and rear lights are recommended for this ride. The ride will NOT take place in rain or wet roads

Safety is our priority:

- If you are sick, please stay home
- Avoid touching other riders
- Practice safe distancing at all times (6' rule)
- Bring your own hand sanitizer
