Description

Depart from Newark City Hall riding 275 miles over 3 consecutive days starting on Sunday June 22nd. The route will head north up along 9w crossing the Hudson via Mario Cuomo Bridge. The route hugs the coast of Connecticut, and Rhode Island terminating at New Beford MA at which riders will take a ferry to Oak Bluffs

A Sag Vehicle (Pick-up and Trailer) will ride with cyclists carrying luggage and riding support (food, water) along the way. The ride will incur two overnight stops, Milford CT and Charlestown RI

 

 


Distance/Elevation: 275 miles (97 Miles Day 1, 103 Miles Day 2, 75 Miles Day 3)

Meet Time:  6:00 AM  Roll out Time:  6:30AM

COVID-19: 
To minimize the spread of the virus we ask that all register from the website to avoid a paper sign in sheet at the start of the ride.  

REQUIREMENTS:
All riders must register for the ride. Let's roll out on time by registering before you arrive. This helps to quicken the check in process.

Registration is required
Please be sure to wear your club kit, bring your helmet, a spare inner tube, CO2 cartridge, bike pump, cell phone and a pleasant attitude.

Front and rear lights are recommended for this ride. The ride will NOT take place in rain or wet roads

Safety is our priority:
- Wear face covering/mask
- If you are sick, please stay home
- Avoid touching other riders
- Practice safe distancing at all times (6' rule)
- Bring your own hand sanitizer
