West Side Tour

Description: The tour includes riding to Fort Tyron and Cloister Museum, Little Red Lighthouse under GWB, Hudson River Greenway, Battery Park, Central Park Loop, Harlem's Sylvia's Restaurant, Apollo Theater and Grant's Tomb.


Ride Location: Fort Lee Historic Park, Hudson Terrace, NJ

Meet Time:  8:30 AM    Roll out Time:  9:00 AM 

Ride Category: Everyone (social ride)

Parking Instructions:  Fort Lee Historic Park, Hudson Terrace, Ft. Lee, NJ (enter at the intersection of Bruce Reynolds Blvd and Main St.)


Cancellations: Check the MTCCNJ Rides & Activities WhatsApp chat group (members only) for last minute updates or the Major Taylor Cycling Club of New Jersey private Facebook Group, for everyone else.

COVID-19: To minimize the spread of the virus we ask that all register from the website to avoid a paper sign in sheet at the start of the ride.  

REQUIREMENTS:
All riders must register for the ride. Let's roll out on time by registering before you arrive. This helps to quicken the check in process.

RULES / REQUIREMENTS:
1. Registration required: majortaylorclub.com
2. Download Route.
3. Regroup at major turns and the top of the climbs.
4. Helmet required.
5. Bring face cover.
6. Bring water.
7. Bring power bars/gels.
8. Front/Rear lights(optional)
9. Bring spare tube & mini-pump/Co2 pump.
10. Bring a Cellphone.
11. The ride will not go on Rain or Wet roads.
12. No text messages to the ride leader after 7am-Calls Only!
13. Please No Hybrid Bikes.
