Free your mind...hill repeats w/Brian -- CANCELED

Want to improve your hill climbing techniques, descents, rollers, false flats?  Come out to this one hour 4 week training class with Brian Branch-Price.

Hill repeats is a great way to increase your strength, stamina and endurance. In reality, hill repeats is one of the best parts of cycling.  The class this week will cover; some intervals, short climbs, a roller or two, work on descents and cadence. Have your speed dials set on cadence. If you have any trouble finding cadence on your bike computer, call the manufacturer of your bike computer.

The class is 75 minutes long. There is no time for stopping for blood, breath, broken bones or laughter. Just "free your mind and your...will follow." Let's have some fun!
