Beginners...

Want to improve your hill climbing techniques, descents, rollers, false flats?  Come out to this one hour 4 week training class with Brian Branch-Price.

He will give tips on how to get up the hill doing paper boys, serpentines, in the saddle, out the saddle, SAG-not, gearing cadence, catch your breath, don't talk to me...I'm climbing, when to hydrated, climbing focus, momentum descending with confidence and any other suffering cycling legends you can think of.  

The Hill Repeats Graduation Ceremony will take place after you have successfully completed all 4 training sessions. Please out.

To minimize the spread of the virus we ask that all register from the website to avoid a paper sign in sheet at the start of the ride.  

REQUIREMENTS:
All riders must register for the ride. Let's roll out on time by registering before you arrive. This helps to quicken the check in process.

Please be sure to wear your club kit, bring your helmet, a spare inner tube, CO2 cartridge, bike pump, cell phone A road bike is required and a bike computer with cadence and or power meter is highly recommended. and a pleasant attitude.

Front and rear lights are recommended for this ride. The ride will NOT take place in rain or wet roads
