Free your mind...hill repeats - Session 4

Description: This is our last session. We'll be putting our build over the last 3 sessions together. Such as cadence, power, spinning, grinding in and out the saddle, tops and drops, and muscle engaging.

This session is about 32 miles. We'll hit a couple of climbs, bunch of rollers, a few descents, some false flats. all happy feelings. Remembers to find a hill, practice your intervals and "SEE YOU NEXT RIDE."
