Last Ride 2021

Description: The last ride of the season, so let's make it a good ride.

We head south to the Trenton area. We have several club members that travel north to ride with the club so let's return the favor and travel south to ride with our club members that reside in the southern parts of the state.

Two routes with just about the same elevation and distance - 50 miles with 2K' of climbing

The A/B groups (Trenton Remix Reverse) will have 3 climbs in the first half of the ride. If you are doing the "Trenton Remix Reverse" you should be able to hold a speed of >15mph on the climbs.

The C group (Trenton Remix) will have 2 climbs after mile 20.  

Wear the Ocean Blue kit

Parking Instructions:  Street parking in front of the restaurant located at 11 W. Front Street should not be a problem on Sunday. Street parking in the front may be limited so check the near by streets; W. Lafayette St. or Barrack St.


Cancellations: Check the MTCCNJ Rides & Activities WhatsApp chat group (members only) for last minute updates or the Major Taylor Cycling Club of New Jersey private Facebook Group, for everyone else.

COVID-19: To minimize the spread of the virus we ask that all register from the website to avoid a paper sign in sheet at the start of the ride.  

REQUIREMENTS:
All riders must register for the ride. Let's roll out on time by registering before you arrive. This helps to quicken the check in process.

Please be sure to wear your club kit, bring your helmet, a spare inner tube, CO2 cartridge, bike pump, cell phone and a pleasant attitude.

Front and rear lights are recommended for this ride. The ride will NOT take place in rain or wet roads

- Practice safe distancing at all times (6' rule)
- Bring your own hand sanitizer
