Wednesday Training Ride - Peapack Gladstone



Description: Leaving from Liberty Park, Peapack Gladstone, NJ and riding into Pottersville, NJ. This is a beginner ride, where we will learn to ride in a paceline and on public roads. Ride will include one moderate climb at the end. We will regroup at major turns or hilltops.

 15 miles/895 feet

Parking Instructions: Parking available on street as well as nearby at Gladstone train station.


Cancellations: Check the MTCCNJ Rides & Activities WhatsApp chat group (members only) for last minute updates or the Major Taylor Cycling Club of New Jersey private Facebook Group, for everyone else.


COVID-19: To minimize the spread of the virus we ask that all register from the website to avoid a paper sign in sheet at the start of the ride.  


REQUIREMENTS:

All riders must register for the ride. Let's roll out on time by registering before you arrive. This helps to quicken the check in process.

Please be sure to wear your club kit, bring your helmet, a spare inner tube, CO2 cartridge, bike pump, cell phone and a pleasant attitude.

Front and rear lights are recommended for this ride. The ride will NOT take place in rain or wet roads

- Avoid touching other riders
- Practice safe distancing at all times (6' rule)
- Bring your own hand sanitizer
