NYC West Side Tour



Description: The tour includes crossing the GWB from the NJ side and riding to Fort Tryon and Cloister Museum, Little Red Lighthouse under the GWB, Hudson River Greenway, Battery Park, Central Park Loop, and lunch at Harlem's famous Sylvia's Restaurant, Apollo Theater, Grant's Tomb, and back across the GWB

Distance/Elevation: 38 miles/1,551 feet

Ride Location: Allison Park, Palisades Interstate Park, Englewood Cliffs, NJ (entrance at the underpass off Hudson Terrace)

Meet Time: 8:30 AM    Roll out Time: 9:00 AM

Parking Instructions:  Plenty of parking in lot at end of Allison Park Rd


Cancellations: Check the MTCCNJ Rides & Activities WhatsApp chat group (members only) for last minute updates or the Major Taylor Cycling Club of New Jersey private Facebook Group, for everyone else.

COVID-19: To minimize the spread of the virus we ask that all register from the website to avoid a paper sign in sheet at the start of the ride.  

REQUIREMENTS:
All riders must register for the ride. Let's roll out on time by registering before you arrive. This helps to quicken the check in process.

Please be sure to wear your club kit, bring your helmet, a spare inner tube, CO2 cartridge, bike pump, cell phone and a pleasant attitude.

Front and rear lights are recommended for this ride. The ride will NOT take place in rain or wet roads
