Description: Rest stops when needed. Regrouping at the top of hills. Bring money and food and tools in case of a flat(s). Moving pace on flats between 15mph -17mph. This is a C+, B pace due distance and elevation.

Please be sure to wear your club kit, bring your helmet, a spare inner tube, CO2 cartridge, bike pump, cell phone and a pleasant attitude.
Front and rear lights are recommended for this ride. The ride will NOT take place in rain or wet roads
